Charlie was surrendered by his owner who no longer had time for him.

Personality
Charlie has a wonderful golden retriever temperament and is loving life in his foster home. He was quite underweight when he arrived and is slowly gaining weight.

Charlie would suit any family environment where he’ll get lots of love and affection. He will need to be neutered as soon as he reaches an acceptable weight.
