Cooper
February 2021
Cooper has found his forever home.
History
Cooper is a lovely 6-year-old Golden Retriever boy currently in foster care in Lancashire.
Foster update – 26 October 2020
Cooper’s fosterer describes him as a huge bear of a dog, confident, outgoing and friendly, good with people and dogs. He will make his potential adopters very happy with his love of life and being part of a family.
Cooper is an amiable lad, willing to please. Would prefer to be right next to you all day ‘helping’ but settles easily when left. Loves adults and fuss, not tested with children or cats. Absolutely fine with the two resident bitches and quite a gentleman.
Knows his name and basic commands but a bit rusty and needs work on his attention span. Walks well on a lead until he meets a squirrel.
He has climbed in the car and travels calmly. Cooper is a lovely friendly lad, wanting to join in every aspect of your life. Intelligent enough to get into mischief if not kept an eye on. Gets excited when a lead appears and loves his walks. Likes playing with a ball and tug toys, but he is not possessive and will gladly play with you. Likes to carry a toy around the house.
Cooper has settled into his foster home very quickly.
