Holly Lemon

Gone to Rainbow Bridge

VERY SAD NEWS (15th March 2018)

Noreen tells us “Holly came to us one autumn evening, looking painfully thin, despite having been looked after superbly by her fosterer. She was very weak and had been used extensively for breeding. As she was leaving, the fosterer said ”Holly won’t want to get up on the sofa as she has so little strength”. Within two minutes of her leaving Holly was on the sofa as if she had been waiting to do that all her life!

And that’s how the next 4 years continued. Holly felt absolutely at home, put on weight and got stronger through walking and hydrotherapy, and gave and received love in equal measure. Her passing at (we think) 15, was gentle and natural, leaving us with, yes, a sense of loss, but no regrets.”

HISTORY

Holly was surrendered to a rescue by her owners. Initially we were told she was 14 years old but our vets believe that she is much younger than that, probably about 10.

Holly is a darling girl, extremely affectionate and loving.

Holly’s Dream Home

Holly would love to be rehomed where she can live her remaining years being the centre of attention in a relaxed and calm environment.
