Holly

Poppy is a 20 months old, playful Golden Retriever. She has been spayed.

HISTORY

Poppy was originally rescued from a pound in Serbia when she was 7 months old. Following her difficult start in life Poppy thrived in forever home. Following a change in family circumstances Poppy was returned to the care of Irish Retriever Rescue.

Although on her return to IRR Poppy was anxious, in her foster home she has blossomed into a happy and sociable young dog.

PERSONALITY
Poppy is a typical young dog. She loves to play, is inquisitive and loves cuddles.

SOCIAL LEARNING
Poppy is house trained and obedient. She has good recall and walks well on the lead. She gets on well with other dogs and likes chasing cats.

DREAM HOME
Poppy needs a home with other dogs where she can play, be loved, continue her training and have plenty of exercise. Poppy would prefer to be in a home without young children.
