Jazz Rapson

HISTORY

On arrival in IRR care, Jazz was about 2 yrs old and a rather gorgeous, neutered male Golden Retriever. He is a million dollar Pound dog. Poor Jazz was dumped in a kill Pound to be put down and was saved by another rescue who contacted IRR asking us to take him. The rescue knew that we could get a fantastic home for him and so, naturally, we didn’t hesitate.

Personality
He is wonderful, a super special guy who had the tough break of being put in a Pound. Since Jazz came to IRR his fosterers say he is super affectionate and gentle and a real gentleman. He gives his paw and longs to be the centre of a family. He also loves to play.

Social learning
Leadwalking He will need a little work on the lead as he is strong but not overly so. He travels well in the car.

Children A family with teenagers might suit, rather than little children.

Dogs & Cats Jazz gets on well with other dogs but has not been cat tested.

Jazz’s dream home
Although little is known of his past, we are sure his future is a really bright one and he will soon find a wonderful family who will love him and care for him. He would probably suit a family either with or without another dog as long as he is included in the family and in everything they do.
