SAD NEWS 5 December 2024

Lillie’s mum said, “Today we lovingly but heartbreakingly said goodbye to Lillie as she went to join Woody and Hollie at the rainbow bridge.. She hasn’t been well for a while but deteriorated quickly and it was kinder to let her go and not suffer anymore, as always we are thankful to IRR for letting her be a giant part of our family looking after Lillie in her later years has been eventful, she was a gentle cuddle monster who won’t be forgotten by us or her foster mum Sue. Goodbye Lillie Willy xxx”

All Yvonne’s IRR friends have, as always, been very loving and supportive.

We have all been there, some far too many times and it never gets any easier but it will get better with time.  Fly high with the angels lovely Lillie and enjoy your time at Rainbow Bridge with all the many IRR friends who are already there xxx

History

Lillie is a 5yr old Golden Retriever girl who arrived in mid February 2020.

She has gone off to her Forever Home with Yvonne and family and will be welcomed by Harper, another IRR girl, who has been feeling lonely since the passing of her great friend Hollie.

LILLIE IS LOSING HER EXTRA POUNDS NOW

Lillie’s Mum, Yvonne says ” Do you think Lillie needs a tummy tuck!! She is losing the extra pounds but leaving her tummy dragging!”

She loves her new Mum very very much and we reckon it’s mutual.
