Marvelous Monty was surrendered to IRR by his owner who couldn’t look after him.

Personality
This wonderful boy loves being walked and loves water. He is a protective dog and will not let anyone into the house without barking. He has experience around children but gets a bit excited around them all the same. He is a very strong dog and you would need a strong person to handle him when walked on the lead. He loves comforts and is particularly fond of the couch!! This well-mannered boy will bring in the post from the letter box if told to do so!!! He loves treats and is house trained.

Monty’s dream home
Monty dreams of a home where he’ll get plenty of physical exercise, mental stimulation and loads of cuddles and affection every day for the rest of his life. As he is a strong boy he’s not recommended for younger children or older people.

Behaviour with other animals: – not good with cats.
