OSCAR IS A LOVELY FRIENDLY BOY

Oscar is an 8yr old boy who is said to be a close Retriever Cross. Through no fault of his own, he had to come into foster in mid February 2020

He is good with other dogs and is even getting on OK with his fosterer’s cats. He is an active, lively boy for his age.

Oscar is a lovely friendly boy who wants to say “hello” to everyone he meets on walks.

He can be calm and settled in the house and is extremely affectionate but he can get very excited and prey driven when outside. Wanting to chase rabbits, squirrels etc so, although fostered with cats, we think a cat free home would be best. He ignores sheep.

Oscar loves long walks then will settle happily in the house once he is home. He pulls on the lead  but his fosterer is working on this with him and on his basic training which is coming along really well. Oscar would benefit from training classes once in his Forever Home.

Oscar has now been adopted by Elizabeth and family.
