Pebbles Titterton

NO MORE BREEDING FOR THIS SWEET GIRL

Pebbles is a beautiful ex breeding bitch aged 5 who was surrendered to IRR. We had her spayed and transported to the UK.

FOSTER ASSESSMENT

She was fostered in Cheshire

Personality: This little lady is described as being the perfect house guest, extremely chilled out, very quiet, nothing chewed, destroyed or even touched. Can she really be a golden retriever?!

She is always pleased to see you, a great companion dog who loves to be stroked and petted, she definitely prefers to be indoors, and sometimes needs to be coaxed to go out for her walks. She’s good on her lead, trotting nicely alongside and has been fine when she met other dogs.

Behaviour with other animals:
Good with other dogs, unknown at the moment with other animals.

PEBBLES’ DREAM HOME
Pebbles is a low energy girl who will make a wonderful companion for an older person who is relatively active and will give her moderate exercise to keep her in good condition as she gets older.

GREAT NEWS FOR SWEET PEBBLES October 2013

Pebbles went to her Forever Home

UPDATE FROM PEBBLES FOREVER HOME 12 October 2012

Everyone was absolutely delighted to hear that lucky Pebbles had, indeed, found her dream home. In fact, it seems as though Pebbles and Vera were totally made for one another.

Vera’s daughter, Helen, tells us that Pebbles has already settled in very well after only a week. Just as everyone had said, Pebbles absolutely adores being made a fuss of and, needless to say, she is getting loads of love and attention.

Pebbles definitely likes her home comforts and really loves her cosy bed. She hasn’t been left alone for more than an hour at the most but, as predicted, nothing has been chewed, which is amazing considering her recent breeding background.

The only negative is Pebbles not being happy going in the car but, no doubt, as her confidence builds, she will overcome this and then she will, for sure, be able to enjoy loads of wonderful outings.

Her new mum, Vera, has been proudly introducing her to friends (human and doggy) in the village and a delighted Pebbles is enjoying every minute of her exciting new walks, loving to have a good old smell at every blade of grass.

Nicky, her fosterer, couldn’t be more happy at the new partnership especially as she was also the fosterer to dear, sweet Shauna who so unexpectedly and sadly went to Rainbow Bridge. No doubt, Pebbles will be doing her very best to help the family overcome the devastating loss which hit them all so hard.
