Transporter and Homecheck Co-ordinator

INTRODUCTION FROM JACKIE

I would like to introduce a brand new member to our Team. Sal has come on board to help us out with arranging transport runs, without which we would be totally stuck. Sal has also kindly agreed to arrange our homechecks for both future fosterers and adopters.

Sal said,  “Hi, my name is Sal and I am married to Kev. I have three children 17, 14 and 10.  I have four dogs of my own.

Minnie, a German Shorthair Pointer, Ben and Holly my two Cockers and Oscar, my young mad Cav.

I have fostered many dogs, and especially like helping the ex-puppy farm dogs. They arrive broken and sad and it’s amazing watching them blossom into happy dogs, going off to lovely forever sofa’s.  I enjoy homechecking too and love to meet fellow dog lovers for a natter.
 
I came to know Pauline and Jackie when I took Steel as an emergency foster in 2008. I then helped to find the odd homechecker and transporter when needed
and progressed to helping with organising Transport Runs.
 
I look forward to getting to know you all and helping with many successful transports.”
