Skye’s mum wrote, “Skye came into our lives at 5 months a Labrador Collie cross, not an IRR dog but from a farm in the North of Scotland, where they tried to say she was a Labrador! Funny enough they had a farm Collie.

She was a quiet, shy, frightened soul, but soon learned to trust, she has given so much love for 15 years, she loved water and was a fabulous swimmer always first to the tennis balls before the Goldens. She had the most beautiful kind soul. The love we gave her was given back 100 times over. She was gentle, loving, with the most beautiful amber eyes you ever saw, friends with everyone, and was loved in return.

As the years passed nothing stopped her swimming, even when the arthritis and Dementia took over her body, she was so happy in the water. Swimming for the last time just 7 days before her passing to the bridge. We will miss her forever , but her love lives on in our hearts.”
