Tara

Tara is a black and white Springer Spaniel who was going to be 3 yrs old in January 2009. She is neutered and microchipped and was successfully rehomed in Ireland.

She is very affectionate and loyal to people. She never strays very far away from you. She has plenty of energy and loves her long walks through the fields. She generally does not use a lead as she just likes to run about freely but she is very good at coming back when called. Most springers love the water but Tara does not swim. She loves to paddle along the edge of the water and have a splash about but does not favour going in the full way!!
Maybe someday! She loves to chase the blackbirds while out walking.

She generally loves people and every evening she likes to be taken up on your lap for a five minute cuddle! This signifies the end of the day for her and she usually toddles off for the night to her bed. She loves to chew a pigs ear or chewy bone of an evening. She sleeps in the kitchen and is generally a good watchdog barking should anyone be around. At present she is walked twice daily and she loves to have company as much as possible so it would be ideal for someone who is at home all day and likes company also. She also has a thing for socks and regularly one sock from a pair goes missing!!

Tara has now been successfully rehomed in Ireland.
